Very nice here Russian Battlefield, I'm glad I came on here after some time off from this site!!

I'm trying to find some info on Operation Bagration, what kinds of new tactics were used in this Operation?
Main topics for me would be the «shock forces» and the «deep penetrating» new force mix. And was there different tactics for tank brigades as well, be they crew or commander changes as how they went about taking on the German armoured forces in the very interesting and critical?

Hey buddy, hows it going, you like the new digs as well I see, very good:), back on topic now.

From what I have gathered so far, the arty also changed more than a bit as well. A lot less open site fire missions and more of the «Allied» kind with spotters maybe, no gun to target direct line of site. Has anyone else heard about this along with the other topics in Bagration by chance?

Anything on the battle of Orsha perhaps, I know some of the forces for both sides, thants to AMVAS, but as to russian tactics and how the battle actually went, anyo9ne please..?
